November Sundays at AYB

There will be a few changes to our regular Sunday classes during November. Simon Chandler, KPJAYI authorised level 2 teacher, will be taking his monthly counted led class on 9 November (£10 drop in). The following weekend (15/16 November) AYB will be heading to North Cornwall for a special weekend retreat with Simon and Bev (click here for info) so there will be no class in Bath. Finally, there will be no class on 23 November, but after this our Sunday programme will resume as normal up until Christmas.

Winter warmers: AYB Intro to Ashtanga courses

Ashtanga Yoga Bath will be running four week Intro to Ashtanga Yoga courses in  Bath and Bradford on Avon. We will be running two evening courses  (starting 21 October in Bradford on Avon and 27 October in Bath and , both at 7pm) and a Friday morning course (starting 24 October at 10.30am). Cornwall retreat with Simon Chandler and Bev Sowerby

Bev Sowerby and Simon Chandler are holding their first Ashtanga retreat in North Cornwall (14-16th November). Following an evening meal on the Friday evening, there will be Mysore practices on Saturday and Sunday with pranayama, yoga philosophy talks, practical asana and meditation sessions during the day. AYB Sunday Led Primary classes with Simon Chandler {Autumn 2014}

Simon Chandler will be holding the first of his monthly Counted Led Primary classes this coming Sunday (7th September) starting at 9.30am. Through the Autumn term Simon will hold Led Primary classes on the following dates: 7th September, 5th October, 9th November and 7th December. Led classes are drop in and cost £10. See you there!

Intro to Ashtanga courses {Autumn 2014}

Ashtanga Yoga Bath is now taking bookings for our intro courses in both Bath and Bradford on Avon. No experience or bendiness required. Courses are available in mornings and evenings and last for five weeks. Alternatively, you may prefer to get a group of friends together or have a one-to-one lesson. Find out more
