On Monday the 25th of May at 3pm I will start the first class of a new Pranayama course. I plan on running the class week days at 3pm for the following few weeks on Zoom. If you want to join in these classes it is important that you join the first class on Monday.
I believe Pranayama( breath control) is an essential part of a yoga practise and is also suitable for people who do not have any yoga experience. Please email me if you would like to join or if you have any questions.
